Chris Fountain (born 3rd September 1987 in Bradford, West Yorkshire) played the role of Damian Jones, one of a gaggle of children from a care home who visited the village in May 2002.
Chris has also appeared in Bob & Rose, Where the Heart Is, Casualty and Five Days, but he is best known for his roles as Justin Burton in the Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks between 2003 and 2009, and the third incarnation of Tommy Duckworth in fellow ITV soap Coronation Street between 2011 and 2013. Chris was also the runner-up in the 2008 series of the ITV reality show Dancing on Ice; he was beaten to the trophy by Suzanne Shaw. In 2018, he appeared in the Kay Mellor drama Girlfriends.
