D.S. Eade was a police officer who, along with DI Spalding, tried to track down Liam Hammond who was holding Chris Tate hostage in November 1999. Zoe Tate found Liam's whereabouts and tracked him down herself but got taken captive, infuriating Spalding. The officers tracked them down to a disused farmhouse, and the officers rushed to the building, waiting for Liam with the building surrounded. However.
