Amos receives an invite to the ball from Ethel, whilst customers become unhappy with the prices in the shop.
Plot[]
Matt tells Annie that he's taking Alison fishing on her afternoon off. Henry calls in an architect in preparation for the redesign at The Woolpack. Mrs. Dawkins complains of the prices increasing in the shop. Henry asks Alison if she would like to accompany him bird watching on her afternoon off but she declines. Amos puts some of his ideas for the pub down on paper and speaks to Henry about putting up a mural. Amos receives a phone call from Ethel. Joe arrives back at the farm with Christine. Matt takes Alison fishing. They reflect on their marriages to Peggy and Peter. Henry spots them from the other side of river. Christine offers to help Joe with the milking when Annie is rushed off her feet.
