Plot[]

Terry excitedly decorates his house with balloons and banners in anticipation of Dawn and TJ’s return from Spain. He is devastated when Dawn returns without the baby explaining he caught a cold and would be better off staying with her mother for a few days. After an argument with her estranged husband Dawn confides in Bob that if she gets sole custody of TJ at the hearing she plans to move back to Spain to make a fresh start. Over at the Dingle's, Lisa attempts to teach Sam some basic self-defence in preparation for his time in prison and assures him there is bound to be a relative inside who will keep an eye out for him. As they are about to leave for court, Cain appears and Sam decides to practise his self-defence. He catches Cain with a lucky punch as Lisa watches in horror. Will Cain retaliate? After the hearing, Zak is devastated when he discovers Sam has been sentenced to four months imprisonment and is upset he has missed him. Cain hatches a plan and with Andy’s help they manage to block off the road with a combine so that Zak can give Sam some words of encouragement through the window of the prison van. Elsewhere, Daz makes the mistake of admitting to Cain that he fancies Debbie. The protective father warns Daz that he will break both his legs if he goes anywhere near her. Meanwhile, Andy struggles to make ends meet and with Callum chasing the farm rent he begins to worry.
