Mr Reeves is the manager of a pub franchise who attempts to buy The Woolpack from Alan Turner in July 1999. He matches Alan's asking price and Alan considers selling to the despair of Bernice Blackstock, but Gavin Ferris manages to stop Alan accepting the deal there and then.
