Peggy Longthorn was the wife of Clifford Longthorn and mother of Andy Longthorn and Carol Longthorn. Peggy and Clifford reached financial trouble in July 1986 and had to be evicted from their farmhouse. They were offered a job in Lincoln and they left the village the following month.
