Should deaths like Anne Windsor and Jean Tate Sr. be included in the list even if they occurred before any relatives' debut? Danielroxheaps 09:15, March 24, 2018 (UTC)

Anyone got an opinion on this or should I just add them anyway? Danielroxheaps 01:07, March 28, 2018 (UTC)

It would be weird to have those deaths in the list 13:33, March 28, 2018 (UTC)

Yes, I think they should be added. Corriepedia does it in these circumstances as in the canon of the show the deaths have still taken place. The CoroWhovian (talk) 18:12, March 28, 2018 (UTC)
I don't believe these deaths (e.g. Jean Tate Sr, Anne Windsor, Steve Hart and Kelly Hawkes) should be listed in the off-screen deaths. I think that the "Off screen deaths" should only be for regular characters and minor or unseen characters who's deaths were mentioned at the time of their death. It seems ridiculous that unseen character's who maybe died in the 70s or 80s are listed when their relatives only appeared in the 1990s or 2000s. Aks6609 (talk) 07:13, October 14, 2018 (UTC)
Do you think there should be a new section? "Historical deaths"? - Danielroxheaps 07:14, October 14, 2018 (UTC)
I don't really see the point, but if you want to have these deaths listed, I believe it would be better in a "Historical" section rather than the off-screen one. Aks6609 (talk) 07:19, October 14, 2018 (UTC)
As CW said, the deaths have still taken place and do have a sort of importance within the show and storylines. - Danielroxheaps 07:21, October 14, 2018 (UTC)

Additional Section[]

Should another section be added for deaths occurring prior to the first episode on 16th October 1972? It appears there will be less Pre-16/10/1972 deaths than Post-16/10/1972 deaths. And maybe Pre-16/10/1972 deaths should be added to the list if the cause is known or if the character or their family appears in the series, a spin-off film or a book? Danielroxheaps 06:34, January 10, 2019 (UTC)

Fake deaths[]

With the show having several fake deaths, including Kim Tate in 1997, Ross Barton in 2015, Rebecca White several times throughout 2018, and Joe Tate, that a "fake deaths" section should be added? Danielroxheaps 18:59, March 20, 2019 (UTC) No
